At the Escuela Superior de Hostelería we will learn how to prepare some of the Andalusian tapas that make our gastronomy so rich and varied.
And, of course, afterwards we will taste the dishes with a good glass of wine.

Tonight we will be enjoying the 24th Flamenco Biennial at the Lope de Vega Theatre.
Alfonso Losa’s new work explores dance through the concept of the group and the ‘dancing community’. The stage takes on a certain social character as a space that welcomes all the bodies taking part in the performance.

VEJER + CONIL (BEACH)

A day trip to the province of Cadiz, a spectacle for the senses at any time of the year.
In the morning, we visit Vejer de la Frontera, one of the most beautiful white villages of Andalusia, with a Moorish past that we will discover in its historic centre, located on a hill 200 m above sea level, full of narrow streets, whitewashed houses, walls, centenary gates, fresh Andalusian patios, charming viewpoints... from its towers you can even see Morocco.
We will spend the afternoon in Conil, a beautiful fishing village on the Atlantic coast, where we will enjoy its beach, one of the most popular on the coast of Cadiz.

We will enjoy a yoga class in Spanish in which, as well as promoting relaxation and physical postures, we will learn practical Spanish vocabulary.

A journey through the poetry of Federico García Lorca via a lecture-recital exploring works such as El público, Journey to the Moon (FGL’s only film script) and Sonnets of Dark Love... An in-depth exploration of the fusion between Andalusian popular culture and the avant-garde.
Rubén Barroso is an artist, art curator, publisher and researcher in cultural anthropology.
